It's a gorgeous day. The heat and humidity
finally left for awhile and my two big picnics
this week are done. So today I am having
fun making cards. Do you ever get so
involved making a card that you forget what
you are doing? I do.
Today the CAS challenge on Splitcoast Stampers
is Fairy Tales and I sure did get involved in my
card. I picked Cinderella, of course and had a
blast, but realized when I was all done that it was
NOT a Clean and Simple card at all. So I am putting
it here instead.
This is Cinderella as a gramma (people in fairy tales must grow up, don't you think) with a twinkle in her eye and still sporting that glass slipper. This was a total blast, but I didn't think it fit the challenge. I'll be back later with another attempt. Thanks for looking.
Looks like Cinderella has had a very good life. What more could a girl ask for. This is terrific, Carol!
ReplyDeleteI love that you aged Cinderella! What a fun concept and the card came out wonderful. You do collage so well. That image is one of my all time favs. I bought it but it never comes out right - I guess I should have bought more than plain rubber!!! Hugz!
